EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR ? A management position overseeing 6-7 residential service locations in the Metro West or Boston area. Strong supervisory, administrative and clinical skills mandatory. Other qualifications include experience in residential settings and with adults who have developmental disabilities. A minimum of a BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field preferred. Valid driver?s license and vehicle required.

RESIDENCE MANAGER ? A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in Acton, Andover, Bedford, Burlington, Bridgewater, Concord and Weymouth.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ? $11.29/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver=s license required.? Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a 14 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Full time positions available in: Acton, Andover, Bedford, Bridgewater, Brighton, Burlington, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Dorchester, Easton, Hyde Park, Littleton, Lowell, Roslindale, Stoughton and Westboro. RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL-NIGHT - $9.25/hr asleep or $10.50/hr. awake overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs, along with monitoring individuals during sleep hours. Driver=s license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time positions available in: Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Danvers, Hyde Park, Lowell and Westboro. Part time positions available in: Acton, Arlington, Braintree, Bridgewater, Burlington, Danvers, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Lexington, Newton and Westboro.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL-MORNINGS ? $15/hr. A direct care, entry level position, Assist with the individuals= morning routines. Driver=s license required. Monday-Friday. Hours run primarily 6am-9am. Hours available in Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Chelmsford, Danvers, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Littleton, Lowell and Newton. PSS hours available in Dedham and Peabody. $10.84/hr.

GROUP LEADER ? Facilitate recreational, social/educational activities for a group of adults with Asperger?s Syndrome in Boston. Meet 3 times per month. $60-$65/session. At least 5yr?s exp. in Human Services. Driver?s license required.

INSTRUCTOR ? The TRASE After School Program is seeking a part time Instructor, Monday-Friday 2pm-5pm. This Hyde Park facility based program offers structured social and recreational activities to children and adolescents ages 11-22 who have a wide range of cognitive disabilities. Assist in the development of activities for the participants, run group activities such as crafts, socialization and education. Experience working with children, developmental disabilities or recreation field preferred. Strong oral and communication skills necessary. $10/hr. Position is based on school year schedule.

PROGRAM MANAGER ? Position available at the Hudson Day Program. Maintain a quality day program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic, and program policies. Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Minimum BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field and three years? experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives and goals, and supervision. ?Valid driver?s license and vehicle is required.? Must possess good writing and oral skills to effectively communicate individuals? needs and objectives as well as providing training and supervision to staff. Must be able to physically assist individuals including lifting, passive restraints and hand over hand assistance.

SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ? $12.02/hr. Position available at Hudson or Watertown Day Hab. The qualified candidate must have a BA/BS in Human Services or related field and at least one year experience in a position with writing and implementing individual goals and objectives. Driver=s license required. Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm.

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ? $11.29/hr. Full time position available at the Hudson or Watertown Day Program, TILL Central Billerica and TILL Central Chelsea. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Assist individuals with ADL?s, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. Part time position available in Billerica Mon-Fri 9:30am-2:30pm. Driver?s license and vehicle required for TILL Central.?

DISHWASHER/UTILITY- Position available at ETC located in Hyde Park. Mon-Fri 9am-3pm. Work in a fast paced environment washing dishes, pots and pans. Perform general utility tasks. Ability to work in a team environment and good communication skills necessary. Ability to lift 50lbs. $10/hr with benefits!

REGISTERED NURSE -Seeking a part time RN to provide health services for adults who have developmental disabilities living in the Boston area. Some responsibilities include; the development of individual health care plans, participate in medical reviews and ISPs related to health needs, provide on-site emergency care. Current MA RN license necessary. Flexibility, travel, driver?s license & vehicle required. Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. $25/hr with benefits! Full time position in Billerica or Watertown M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ? Seeking a part time OT to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our Chelsea Day Habilitation Program. A BA/BS in Occupational Therapy and state registration required.

SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPIST ? Seeking a part time SLP to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our Chelsea Day Habilitation Program. A BA/BS in Speech and Language and state registration required.

Clinicians are needed to provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients on an outreach basis in the Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Malden, Revere, Wakefield and surrounding areas. Scheduling is flexible and work may be done on a part-time or full-time basis. Ongoing individual supervision, peer supervision and clinical trainings are provided.
