Graduate Business Consultant at Fineos - Starts July 2013 ...

FINEOS Corporation, a leading provider of claims insurance software, is currently seeking graduates to join our Business Consultancy team in?July 2013?as Graduate/Associate Business Consultants on a full-time permanent basis.?

You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of a project lifecycle including requirements, analysis, design, build and test. You will assist with the management of customer requirements through all stages of the solution delivery including defect management. A FINEOS Consultant is also expected to gain detailed knowledge of the FINEOS product and to configure the product to meet customer requirements. All work will be conducted according to FINEOS standards and best practice.?

As part of the Business Consultancy team, you will develop core consulting skills such as Business Analysis, Client Management, Presentation and Facilitation Skills. You will also be expected to provide contributions towards continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Consulting team.?

The FINEOS Graduate Training Programme will develop your core FINEOS product knowledge and Consultancy Skills to enable you to perform at a high level on projects and with both customers and internal colleagues.?

Responsibilities:?
? Learning FINEOS product and its configurable components?
? Managing and documenting business requirements?
? Working with the Lead Business Consultant to analyse requirements and support the requirements through to delivery?
? Participating in the Quality Assurance function and assisting senior team members in end-to-end business process and solution testing?
? Managing internal expectations on the delivery of the solution to Practice Leads, Lead Business Consultants, Project Managers and the project team?
? Demonstrating the FINEOS configured solution and product?
? Develop an understanding and knowledge of insurance and our customers.
