Temporarily Bring a Broken Blender Back to Life with an Electric Drill

If your blender dies during a party you can get back to making margaritas in five minutes by opening up the blender, cutting off the drive mechanism from the blender drive shaft, and inserting the drive shaft into your drill's chuck.

Reddit user mrpalmer16 was able to continue the party using this emergency repair. It's definitely not how you'd want to use your blender every day, but works great until you get a chance to replace it.
