Surveillance video gives a chilling perspective from a tornado which tore through Morgan County, Kentucky. Video shows the tornado near Randy Risner's home.
Risner took cover in the basement. His house was damaged but not destroyed. A pharmacy's surveillance camera shows a driver stopping on a road as buildings get ripped apart around it.
